LumenXL has been providing quality lighting products since 2011. We control the production, shipping and distribution ourselves. We maintain high quality standards to continuously provide our customers with light. The company has been growing rapidly in recent years. Therefore, there is a lot of work and you can (if desired) grow in a direction and work activities that you like. There is plenty of room for your own initiative.

1. E-commerce Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced project manager; an innovative and structured person who wants to help steer our growth in the right direction, and who wants to contribute to the grow of LumenXL.
What you will do:
- Managing various big projects simultaneously - both on a strategic and an executive level. You’ll be responsible for back-end processes and manage our content creators.
- Maintaining the overview and ensuring that all deadlines are met by setting priorities to ensure maximum sales results.
- Delegating tasks and ensuring that work is outsourced to the right colleagues.
- Coaching the teams to help them increase their contribution to LumenXL's bottom line, balancing sales and inspiration.
- Analyzing daily sales results and making adjustments where necessary in terms of content and smart use of words, positioning, filtering and sorting.
- Taking the initiative to improve current processes.
What you will bring:
- University degree in Business Administration or other relevant field.
- Proficiency in project management, with a focus on e-commerce or marketing operations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with a remote team based all over the world.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and Lightspeed are a benefit.

2. Online marketeer
We are looking for a motivated online marketeer; someone who isn’t limited to Google Ads campaigns, but who also looks out for opportunities to improve our email marketing, blogs and social media. Do you have a passion for interior design and do you know how to reach our target audience?
What you will do:
- Be responsible for all Google Ads campaigns - you know which products to promote and are up to date with the trends.
- Maintaining the overview and making adjustments when necessary.
- Leading our SEO project to ensure our content team can use the right keywords.
- Taking the lead in email marketing - you will guide your colleague who writes the newsletters.
- Translate our story and product range to outstanding content for blogs and our Social Media. You know what it takes to gain more followers on Instagram and have a clear view on our social media strategy. Together with your colleague you will create interesting content that speaks to our audience.
- Proposing new ideas and testing these as well. You feel comfortable to take the lead for our online marketing while aiming for the best results.
What you will bring:
- University degree in Business Administration or other relevant field
- Proficiency in online marketing, preferably within e-commerce
- Skilled in both SEA and SEO
- Motivated to follow the relevant trends in our field
- Creative in writing and visual content
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with a remote team based all over the world.
