LumenXL has been providing quality lighting products since 2011. We control the production, shipping and distribution ourselves. We maintain high quality standards to continuously provide our customers with light. The company has been growing rapidly in recent years. Therefore, there is a lot of work and you can (if desired) grow in a direction and work activities that you like. There is plenty of room for your own initiative.

1. Customer Service Representative German/English speaking.
Job description
We are looking for a hardworking customer service representative who speaks German/English and who wants to join our team. A plus is if you also speak French or Dutch. No two days are the same at LumenXL. You come in at 08.00 (digitally) and do a round. You check the mailbox and clear the incoming emails. You check if all orders that came in the day before were shipped the same day through the warehouse, you put customer orders in the system, make quotations and call our customers about different subjects; think of: delivery times, advice questions, returns, payments et cetera.

It will be your mission to make and keep our customers happy. This is not that complicated because we provide quality products, yet there is a lot involved in this process.
"I have a party this weekend and would like to light up my garden nicely, what do you recommend? I would like atmospheric lighting in my living room, what kind of lights would be best to take? Where is my package? Can I have another discount on my order"
These are questions that come up several times a day and for which we are looking for an enthusiastic colleague who will provide customers 1 by 1 with an appropriate answer with ease. It is also your job as a customer service representative to support the management in the broadest sense of the word.
What will you do?
You will assist customers who contact us by phone or email.
You will prepare quotations and invoices, send payment reminders and maintain communication with the warehouse in Enschede.
You support and contribute to our ambitious and positive work atmosphere.
You are the first point of contact for our customers.
What we expect from you...
Minimum MBO working and thinking level.
You are proactive, stress resistant, service oriented, take initiative and work accurately.
You have perseverance and are resilient to change.
Excellent command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
You are available 24-40 hours.

2. Project manager e-commerce
We are looking for a real go-getter; someone who wants to help steer our growth in the right direction, and who wants to grow into an essential part of our team.
Requirements: University degree
Below are a number of fixed pillars of the job:
Broad organizational responsibility for ongoing projects - both on a strategic and an executive level. These projects can be very diverse (think of managing profuct photography, change processes, expanding into new markets, product expansions and new launches, improving internal processes, etc.).
Maintaining contact with external parties and freelancers and ensuring that all deadlines are met.
Delegating tasks and ensuring that work is outsourced to colleagues or external agencies.
Coaching the team to help them increase their contribution to LumenXL's bottom line, balancing sales and inspiration.
Analyzing daily sales results and making adjustments where necessary in terms of content and smart use of filtering and sorting.
Ensuring overview within the team, making targeted choices and setting priorities for changes on the web shops to ensure maximum sales results.
With your team and other colleagues you ensure optimal conversion by ensuring the best product in the best place; you make choices for e.g. position, message, image and (partly) price.
Taking the initiative for testing and adding new functionalities.
